The ongoing divorce battle between Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara continues to make headlines, with new developments adding further complexity to their already tumultuous split.
According to sources from Football Paparazzi, Nara is demanding €500,000 per month in financial support for herself and their two daughters as part of the divorce proceedings set to take place in Milan. While the substantial figure seems excessive, it aligns with her extravagant lifestyle, which she aims to sustain post-divorce.
Meanwhile, Icardi has initiated legal proceedings to repatriate their daughters, Francesca and Isabella, who are also Italian citizens. The Galatasaray forward claims Nara took the girls to Argentina without his consent, prompting him to take legal action to bring them back to Italy.
Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara: A relationship plagued by controversy and scandals
The couple’s relationship has long been surrounded by controversy. Nara was previously married to Icardi’s former Sampdoria teammate Maxi López before her highly publicized affair with Icardi led to the breakdown of that marriage. She later married Icardi in 2014, and the two built a family together, but their marriage has been plagued by repeated scandals.
In 2021, Nara accused Icardi of being unfaithful with Argentine actress María Eugenia Suárez, known as “China Suárez,” after reportedly finding compromising messages on his phone. Though they attempted to mend their relationship, they ultimately announced their final separation in July 2024.
